Harbin Design Center (HDC) was initiated and established in 2022, HDC aims to build a new highland of creative design in Northeast Asia and the "City of Design" of Harbin and based in Harbin, serving the whole province. By adopting the progressive development pattern of "atmosphere creation - achievement transformation - standard creation - carrier implementing", it helps implement the special policies for creative design introduced by Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, build a comprehensive service platform for the development of creative design in the province, provide industry research, policy interpretation, award application, industry docking, industry exchange, resource optimization, project landing and other industry services for industry chain participants.
HDC is currently organizing the content of the policies supporting the development of the creative design industry in Heilongjiang Province regarding the award of well-known creative design awards, as well as the registration time for major domestic and international design awards in 2023. Relevant design institutions and designers are welcome to actively participate in the award application.

Reward well-known creative design awards and award-winning content
Reward Object
The award-winning institutions or designers of well-known domestic and international creative design awards. If the design party and the manufacturing party jointly win the award, the intellectual property owner shall be the applicant.
Reward conditions
An organization registered in Heilongjiang Province in accordance with the law, with independent legal personality and engaged in creative design related activities, or a designer engaged in creative design work at the aforementioned organization.
Received internationally renowned creative design awards such as iF Award, Red Dot Award, Guanghua Longteng Award, IDEA Award, GMARK Award, and the Gold Award of China Excellent Industrial Design Award.
Reward standards
For those who have won the iF International Design Gold Award, Red Dot Star, Red Dot Supreme Award, and Guanghua Longteng Award, a reward of 500000 yuan will be given for each item;
For those who have won the Gold Award of China Excellent Industrial Design Award, a reward of 300000 yuan will be given for each item; For those who have won iF and other red dot awards, IDEA awards, and GMARK awards, a reward of 100000 yuan will be given for each item.
